Honey Bee IPTV Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use this site, exactly why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated 29 August 2026.

This policy covers honeybeeiptv8k.com and the Honey Bee IPTV service reached through it. It is written to describe what actually happens in our code, not what is convenient to claim. Where something is optional or may be unavailable, we say so.

1. Who we are

Honey Bee IPTV operates honeybeeiptv8k.com and provides subscription access to live and on-demand streams. For any privacy question, or to make a request under section 9, write to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com.

2. Information you give us

We have three forms. Each one sends its contents to our internal support inbox and a confirmation copy to the email address you entered. Nothing on this site asks for a card number, a bank detail or a password.

Subscription order form

  • Full name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country
  • The countries whose channels you want loaded first
  • Subscription duration and number of connections
  • Whether you want adult content enabled (defaults to no)
  • Whether this is a new line or a renewal, and for a renewal, the existing username
  • Any free-text notes you choose to add

Free trial form

  • Full name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country
  • The countries whose channels you want loaded first
  • Whether you want adult content enabled (defaults to no)
  • Your device type

Contact form

  • Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country
  • Subject and the message you write

3. Technical information collected automatically

When you submit a form, we attach a short technical summary to the internal notification so our support team can recognise the request and spot abuse. This is collected at submission time only — not while you browse.

  • IP address, read from the connection your request arrived on.
  • User-Agent string, and the browser, operating system and device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) we read from it.
  • Browser language preferences.
  • Time zone, as reported by your browser.
  • Screen and viewport size, which tells us how the page looked when a problem was reported.
  • Referrer and the page URL the form was submitted from.
  • Submission timestamp.

We do not use device fingerprinting. There is no canvas hashing, no font or plugin enumeration, no WebRTC probing and no cross-site identifier. Every one of the values above is either a header your browser already sends or a standard setting it exposes, and each is read inside a guard so a locked-down browser simply sends less.

4. Optional VPN and proxy detection

To help us spot automated abuse of the free trial, a form submission may trigger a server-side check of the submitting IP address against two public sources: ip-api.com (which reports whether an address belongs to a hosting provider or known proxy, plus a coarse country and network name) and the Tor Project exit-node list.

  • The check runs on our server, never in your browser.
  • The only thing sent to those services is the IP address itself.
  • It is optional and non-blocking. If either source is slow, unreachable or rate limited, the result is recorded as “Unavailable” and your submission goes through unaffected.
  • The result is a note for our support team. It is never shown to you, never returned by the website and never used to refuse service on its own.
  • Results are cached in memory on our server for up to six hours to avoid repeating the same look-up.

5. Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own and runs no tracking pixel.

  • Theme preference. Your light or dark choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage under the key honeybee-theme. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
  • Tawk.to live chat sets its own cookies and local storage so a conversation survives a page reload — see section 6.

6. Third parties we rely on

Tawk.to (live chat)

The chat widget is loaded from Tawk.to on every page. When it loads, Tawk.to receives your IP address and browser information and sets its own cookies and storage; anything you type into the chat is processed by Tawk.to and delivered to us. Their handling is governed by the Tawk.to privacy policy. If you would rather not use it, simply do not open the widget — or block it in your browser; the rest of the site works normally without it.

WhatsApp

The WhatsApp buttons are ordinary links to wa.me. Nothing is shared with WhatsApp until you tap one and choose to send a message; from that point the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, and we see the phone number you message us from.

Google (email delivery)

Form submissions are delivered as email over Google’s SMTP service. The contents of your submission therefore pass through and are stored in Google’s mail infrastructure as part of ordinary email delivery.

Hosting

Our hosting provider processes requests on our behalf and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and request lines, for operational and security purposes.

7. How we use what we collect

  • To answer your message, set up a trial, or activate and support a subscription.
  • To send you a confirmation copy of what you submitted, for your own records.
  • To keep the service usable: rate limiting by IP, a hidden anti-spam field, and the optional proxy check in section 4.
  • To improve the service — for example, recognising that a fault only affects one device or browser.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

8. How long we keep it

  • Form submissions live in our support mailbox. Order and trial records are kept for as long as you are a customer and up to 24 months afterwards, for support history and billing questions. General contact messages are reviewed periodically and removed once they have no ongoing purpose.
  • Proxy look-up results are cached in server memory for at most six hours and are not written to a database.
  • Rate-limit counters are held in memory for ten minutes and then discarded.
  • Server logs are retained per our host’s standard schedule, typically a short rolling window.

We do not operate a customer database on this website. There is no account to create here and no login, so there is nothing for this site to store about you between visits.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You can also withdraw consent at any time where we relied on it.

Write to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com from the address you used, or message us on WhatsApp, and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask a question or two to confirm the request is genuinely yours. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

This service is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

11. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on both the browser and the server, stripped of control characters, length-capped and rate limited. Mail credentials and the internal support address are held in server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the browser or included in any page or API response. No system is perfect, but we do not ask you for anything on this site that would be valuable to steal.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
